Soon after (sometimes just minutes), Conductor publishes service level reports for each transaction and user type. While a nice start, Conductor goes a giant step further.

Conductor analyzes the performance data to determine normal behavior. When anomalies occur, Conductor does what no other tool can –automatically resolving problems by taking intelligent actions such as provisioning new hardware or re-cycling application servers – even re-routing transactions to different databases.

The technology is based on industry standard methods for retrieving transaction data. With copies of raw packet data, Conductor magically reconstructs the transactions and their performance characteristics. There IS NO AGENT, so Conductor has zero impact on performance or scalability, is completely non-intrusive, and is of no risk to the IT environment.
