Apatar is a recommended open source data integration and ETL software for MySQL. Apatar will help you migrate, integrate and synchronize MySQL with 3rd party databases, files and applications.

Apatar helps users, DBAs and mashup developers to integrate data between MySQL and 3rd party databases (such as Oracle, MS SQL, Sybase, PosgreSQL), files (file system connectors, Amazon S3, FTP) and applications (SugarCRM, Salesforce.com, Goldmine CRM, Compiere ERP, Open Bravo) without coding. Users install a visual job designer application to create integration jobs called DataMaps, link data between the source(s) and the target(s), and schedule one-time or recurring data transformations.
