MySQL is the most robust package we've seen in the open Unix marketplace, said Steve Kahle, President of inFabric Technologies. So it made sense for us to link to their coat tails as they extend their reach rapidly into the enterprise business space. As their installation base grows, they will run across more and more installations that will need our technology.
We have a significant value add for their application, improving I/O traffic without the need of implementing a solid state disk into the system configuration.
