MySQL is recommending IBM WebSphere DataStage as an ETL and integration component of its enterprise data warehouse Scale-Out Architecture reference stack. IBM WebSphere DataStage customers running MySQL Enterprise have the assurance of a certified ETL and data integration solution supported by both companies for their data warehousing and other enterprise applications.

The MySQL database supports a range of IBM platforms, including IBM Linux on POWER hardware; i5, p5, xSeries, zSeries, BladeCenter and OpenPOWER servers -- in addition to the AIX, Windows and Linux operating systems. It also supports IBM TotalStorage hardware and software including enterprise-grade products for data storage, protection, virtualization and management.

MySQL also integrates with IBM's WebSphere Application Server Community Edition, WebSphere Application Server, WebSphere Studio, Rational and Lotus Domino products, as well as IBM Global Services.
